Suggested Use:Pour 2 cups of boiling water over one tea bag. Steep for about 2 minutes. Drink one cup after dinner and a second cup the next morning. After one week use only one cup of boiling water per tea bag. Enjoy this tea hot or cold. Doses and strength of tea may be lowered for individual needs. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to hydrate the body (water does not provide enough electrolytes to have any physiological counter-effect to dehydration).
